We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for providing our services and managing our business.

Cycling coaching is delivered through TrainingPeaks. If you engage Cassiopeia Performance for coaching, you will be asked to connect your TrainingPeaks account to ours so that your training and performance information can be viewed and managed as part of your coaching.

TrainingPeaks has its own privacy policy and terms governing how it handles information within its platform.

Other third-party services may also be used from time to time for purposes such as website hosting, email, payment processing, accounting, scheduling, data storage or communications.

Where third-party providers handle personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect information appropriately.

Cassiopeia Performance will only use identifiable images, testimonials or personal performance information for these purposes with the athlete's consent.

Athletes may choose not to provide consent, and choosing not to consent will not affect their coaching services.

Where consent has been provided, the athlete may withdraw their consent for future use by contacting Cassiopeia Performance. Withdrawal of consent will not require Cassiopeia Performance to remove material that has already been published or distributed.
