Cycling coaching for athletes who want to perform at their best.

Founded and led by Natalie, a Commonwealth Games gold medallist with nearly 20 years of cycling coaching experience and a Master of Sports Physiotherapy.

At Cassiopeia Performance, coaching is about more than training. It’s about understanding you as an athlete, developing what matters most, and building the strength, resilience and confidence to perform — now and into the future.

Your body. Your goals. Your performance.

Individual. Holistic. Evidence-based.

No two athletes are the same.

Your training should reflect your goals, experience, physiology, strengths, limitations and life outside cycling.

Cassiopeia Performance combines expert coaching, performance knowledge and an understanding of the human body to create a more complete approach to performance.

Train with purpose. Perform with confidence.

Coaching for every level of ambition

Whether you're preparing for an event that matters deeply to you, developing as an emerging athlete or an athlete racing at the world level, coaching should be individualised to where you are now and where you want to go - on the road, on the dirt - gravel or MTB, or on the track.

PERFORMANCE
For athletes looking to maximise their performance and compete at their highest level.

DEVELOPMENT
For developing riders wanting to build their skills, fitness and understanding of training.

GOAL-DRIVEN
For riders preparing for a specific race, event or personal performance goal.

Experience that comes from both sides of the sport

From racing for Australia at World Championships and Commonwealth Games to nearly 20 years of coaching athletes, I bring experience from both inside the peloton and behind the coach’s desk.

As a former professional cyclist, accredited Cycling Coach and Master of Sports Physiotherapy, I understand performance from the athlete’s perspective — and the knowledge, planning and support it takes to bring out your best.

“Nat has been so much more than a coach throughout my career. All the way from beginner cyclist to 13 years as a professional, she has been a constant source of guidance, support, and belief in me, through every high and low. Her dedication, wisdom, and genuine care have shaped not only the athlete I became, but the person I am today. This holistic approach along with her physio background was key to my success. I’ll always be grateful to have had her by my side throughout my entire career.”
